Catarina Oliveira Duarte is an associate at TFRA, where she joined in 2023 as a trainee attorney.

Currently, her main areas of practice are Labor Law and Civil Law, in addition to her prior experience in Tax Law.

She holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2022) and completed her academic training with an intensive course, organized by the Institute of Economic, Financial, and Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, on “Tax Violations and Tax Administrative Offense Proceedings” (2023). She also obtained a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Practice (Tax and Financial Law) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2025).

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2025. 

She is fluent in Portuguese and English.
